All appointments are privately billed and time-based, unless you meet the criteria for bulk billing outlined below. This only applies on the weekdays.
- Health care card, pensioner concession card, commonwealth senior card, Gold DVA card, children under the years of 16 (age 16).
- Chronic Disease Management Plans (care plan) and reviews.
- Flu vaccinations, Desensitisation and childhood immunisations.
No Out-of-Pocket Costs:
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases and Workers Compensation cases where liability has been accepted.

Private Health Insurance:
- If you have private health insurance, you will be charged the full appointment fee and can claim the rebate through your private insurer directly.
